Uptown Spa by SO/ is the spa of SO/ Uptown Dubai, the hotel in the Uptown Tower at the edge of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, near the DMCC and Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro station. The spa is on Level 34, so the treatment rooms look out over the green clusters of Jumeirah Islands and towards the coast.

The hotel presents its wellness floor as three parts: the spa, a gym and a modern pool area, and it offers virtual tours of the spa and pool on its website. Treatments focus on massage and body work. Recent offers published by Uptown Dubai have featured a deep-tissue Deep Muscle Release massage aimed at sore and tight muscles, a rose-themed pampering package and a Sea of Serenity ritual pairing a seaweed wrap with massage, and the spa also lists Balinese, hot stone and candle massages. Facials are available too.

The hotel's own spa page lists opening times of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, while Uptown Dubai's offer pages have shown 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM with Thursdays excluded, so it is worth confirming hours before you go.
