Sultana Spa Downtown is a Moroccan-style hammam and beauty spa in Downtown Dubai, part of a small local group that also runs a branch in Al Barsha and Al Andalus Hammam & Barber, a men-only hammam. The Downtown spa combines traditional hammam rituals with therapeutic massages, HydraFacial treatments, hair and nail services, so a full grooming session can be booked in one place.

Hammam is the speciality. The 60-minute Traditional Hammam is a Moroccan ritual in which black soap softens the skin before kessa exfoliation; the 60-minute Turkish Hammam uses white soap and a kese mitt in the warmth of the hammam room; the Detox Hammam focuses on brightening and includes an argan hair treatment; and the Sultana Signature Hammam starts with a rose mist and builds into a 90-minute ritual. Add-ons such as body masks (blue nila, henna, Moroccan clay) and a kessa glove scrub can be combined with any hammam. A Moroccan Hammam & Massage package joins both experiences. The group's Al Barsha branch also offers a gentle Princess Hammam for children aged 5 to 10 with an adult companion.
