The spa at InterContinental Abu Dhabi is part of the hotel's Health Club, on the third floor of the hotel on King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street in Al Bateen, next to the hotel's marina. Therapists offer personalised face and body treatments using professional skincare products, including Dr. Babor treatments, and the spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The hotel does not publish a full spa menu online, but its offers show what is available. The Ultimate Pampering Experience is a two-hour package of any 90-minute massage plus a 30-minute Dr. Babor express facial, body scrub or body wrap for AED 550. Hotel guests receive 20% off massages from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Bayshore Beach Club runs a similar two-hour offer of a 90-minute massage followed by a 30-minute facial or body scrub, also AED 550.

The Health Club combines the spa with a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a cold plunge pool, a steam room and a sauna, changing rooms with showers, a fully equipped gym with personal training, a tennis court and two padel courts. Annual memberships are available. Bayshore Beach Club has a private beach and pools, with day passes from AED 200 on weekdays and AED 300 at weekends, including food and drink credit.
