Wellbeings is the spa at Fairmont Ajman, on the first M floor of the beachfront hotel on Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Street, with views over the Arabian Gulf. Every massage is customised after a consultation. The menu includes the Wellbeings Signature Stress Relief massage, a deep tissue sports massage, Balinese and Royal Thai massages, the lymphatic Detox Restore massage, pre and post-natal massage, couples massage and a 30-minute express massage. Facials are personalised and cover hydrating, anti-ageing, purifying, sensitive/pregnancy, whitening and gentlemen's needs. Body rituals include an aromatic scrub and an Arabian desert sand scrub. The hammam menu offers a 60-minute Moroccan hammam and a 90-minute Royal Amber Hammam using a kessa mitt and black soap. Signature wellness rituals include the Deep Serenity Ritual, a Chakra Balancing Ritual with singing bowls and crystals, and the Arabian 1001 Night Ritual with a desert sand scrub and herbal cushion massage. Wellbeings also offers holistic programmes such as NLP, hypnotherapy, meditation, crystal and energy healing and sleep therapy, and the first 15-minute session is complimentary. Treatment-room music is tuned to 528 Hz, and teas are served in the wellness lounge. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to use the wet facilities. The spa is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
