Retreat Health Club & Spa is part of Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa on Al Mamsha Street, at the JBR end of Dubai Marina. It is both a spa and a health club, so the atmosphere mixes residents coming for a swim or a workout with hotel guests booking treatments. The spa has five treatment rooms, separate sauna and steam rooms for men and women, a chill pod and four spa pools, and the resort's long private beach and pools are close at hand.

The menu is built on British skincare brand Elemis. Massage options include Swedish, Balinese, deep tissue and sports massage, with focused 30-minute options for the back, neck and shoulders, the feet and ankles, or the head and scalp. Body treatments include a classic sugar scrub, a cleansing salt scrub and a salt scrub with frangipani wrap, and Elemis facials range from an express version to longer targeted treatments. Two signature combinations stand out: Essential Fusion pairs a salt scrub with a facial over 90 minutes, and Wellness Escape combines a 60-minute facial and a 60-minute Swedish massage. Guests can also build their own two-hour journey from the menu. Treatments run from 10am to 7pm, while the wet facilities open earlier and close later. A pool and beach day pass and a weekly ladies' day add value for non-residents.
