Saray Spa occupies the third floor of JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, the twin towers on Sheikh Zayed Road in Business Bay. Its design takes its cue from the caravanserais, the roadside inns of the old Silk Road trade routes, and the treatments lean on rituals from that world, especially the hammam. It is one of the larger hotel spas in the city, with 17 treatment rooms, two private hammam rooms, two spa suites and separate lounges for men and women.

Hammam rituals are the highlight. Each combines heat and steam, an olive-oil-based soap, a vigorous body scrub and a nourishing cream, and some add a full-body mud or clay mask. The massage menu includes aromatherapy relaxation, a Balinese-inspired massage, deep tissue, hot desert stone and a Thai massage performed fully clothed on a traditional mat, starting at the feet and working up with stretches. A side-by-side couples massage takes place in a private couples room, and a 30-minute express massage targets problem areas. Facials, scrubs, wraps and men's treatments complete the list. Thermal facilities include steam rooms and saunas, and the hotel's fitness centre and outdoor pools are close by. Weekday wellness hours give a discount on morning massages, and online booking is available.
