The Pearl Spa & Wellness is the spa of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a low-rise beachfront resort on Jumeirah Beach Road. The spa is designed for unhurried visits, with a menu that covers massages, custom facials, body treatments, couples experiences and wellness specialties, plus a fitness centre and indoor lap pool within the wellness area.

The massage selection centres on three treatments. The Well-Being Massage uses long strokes, kneading and gentle pressure with essential oils to relax and de-stress. The Tension Recovery Massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper muscle layers and release chronic tension. The Pearl Bespoke Massage is tailored after a personal consultation, with the length of treatment and pressure chosen to suit you and the spa's signature oils. Add-ons can extend a massage.

For a longer visit, the Signature Pearl Spa Experience combines a full-body exfoliation, a hair and body mask scented with frangipani, a full-body massage and a facial. Memories of Arabia starts with a coffee exfoliation, followed by camel milk and honey for the body and a traditional nourishing hair treatment. Couples treatment rooms are available. Spa facilities are open from 11am to 9pm, with treatments from 11am to 6:45pm, and advance booking through the spa reception or concierge is required. Prices are not listed on the spa pages, so ask when booking.
