Align Health Saadiyat is the Saadiyat Island branch of Align Health, a physiotherapy and sports massage clinic with a second location at Al Zeina on Al Raha Beach. The Saadiyat clinic is at Unit G-09, Sunrise Residences 5, on Al Dhiba Street. Treatments are delivered by sports physiotherapists rather than spa therapists, and every new client gets a musculoskeletal assessment before the first treatment.

The clinic's sports and deep tissue massage service covers pre-event massage (best 24 to 48 hours before competition), post-event recovery massage, rehabilitative massage for injuries, regular maintenance massage and deep tissue sports massage. Techniques include deep pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching and mobilisation. The clinic says it is suited to runners, cyclists, gym-goers, team sport players, people recovering from injury or surgery once cleared by their doctor, and desk workers with postural pain.

For sports injuries, massage can be combined with a wider physiotherapy programme that may include clinical diagnosis, exercise rehabilitation and strength programming, dry needling, cupping for myofascial release, hot and cold contrast therapy in recovery suites, and return-to-sport planning.
