Anantara Spa is the spa at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, set among mangroves and lagoons in Mina Al Arab. Visit Ras Al Khaimah describes it as an overwater retreat in Thai style, with dark woods, silks and candlelight. The resort puts traditional Thai healing at the centre, alongside treatments drawn from other global traditions. The spa has seven treatment rooms, including two couples' suites, plus separate relaxation areas and wet facilities for men and women, each with a sauna, steam room and whirlpool. There is also a beauty salon. The current menu is grouped into collections. Wellness therapies include traditional Thai massage, which is performed in Thai attire, a Thai herbal compress, a Himalayan salt stone massage, Sound to Serenity with singing bowls, and Herbal Shirodhara. Massage therapies include the Anantara signature, Deep Release, pre-natal massage and foot reflexology. Elements magnesium therapies cover lymphatic and contouring massages. Indigenous therapies draw on Emirati heritage: Rituals of Bedouin, Ras Al Khaimah Travellers with a date, honey and camel milk ritual, Pearl of the Emirates and Arabian Flow cupping. Collagen and oxygen facials, rituals for two and treatments for children aged 5 to 10 complete the menu, and a separate IV nutrient therapy menu is offered. The spa is open from 10:00 to 21:00. The minimum age for the spa facilities and treatments is 16, except for the children's menu, and prices include service charge, destination fee and VAT.
