Cleopatra's Spa & Wellness is in the Pyramids building at Wafi on Oud Metha Road, part of the Egyptian-themed Wafi complex alongside Raffles Dubai and Wafi Mall. It has been a Dubai institution for decades, and it runs completely separate spas for women and men, open seven days a week, each with its own private treatment rooms and wet area.

Both wet areas have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and plunge pool. The hammam menu is a highlight, true to the Cleopatra theme: Cleopatra's Hammam Ritual combines gentle exfoliation in the style of ancient baths, and Hammam "The Cleopatra's Secret" adds a honey and royal jelly mask for face and body. A two-hour Ritual of Hammam includes a 60-minute massage. Body treatments include slimming and toning wraps, a sapphire salt scrub, an organic rhassoul treatment, a frangipani salt scrub, an energising coffee ritual and an Ocean Bliss exfoliation and massage. Massage options include hot stone, Balinese and other styles, and the spa offers cupping, facials, a milk bath, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Some treatment consultations are charged separately, and promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts. Parking is available at Wafi, and the female and male spas are each open from 9am to 9pm daily.
