SENSASIA Stories is the spa of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, run by The Spa People, the local team behind the SENSASIA day spas in Jumeirah. It is on Level 1 of the hotel, which connects directly to Mall of the Emirates and the Mall of the Emirates Metro station.

The space is built around a courtyard of Asian-inspired arches, with seven female and male treatment rooms, a private couples' suite and separate changing rooms with relaxation areas. The signature massages give a good idea of the style: Balin-Ease uses long, flowing strokes; The 'Knead'-It mixes targeted techniques for knotted muscles; a Warm Candle Melt massage pours warmed shea and hemp-seed oil over the skin; a Thai Yoga Stretch is done fully clothed in Thai pyjamas; and a 90-minute Deep Hot Stone massage uses heated river stones. Beyond these there are lymphatic drainage and maderotherapy massages, red-light therapy combinations, recovery massages, an Asian hammam, body scrubs and wraps, and Sensmama pregnancy treatments.

Longer "Bespoke Stories" include a gentleman's package and pre-event grooming, and hotel guests on the second floor can book in-room massages. The spa lists opening hours of 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, later than most in the area, so it works well after a day of shopping or skiing at the mall.
