Talise Signature Spa is on the first floor of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the wave-shaped landmark on Jumeirah Beach Road beside Wild Wadi. Its current menu is unusually modern for a beach hotel spa, mixing classic relaxation rituals with recovery technology and science-led facials, and it is built around the idea of rest, sleep and nervous-system balance as much as muscle relief.

The Talise Signature massage is grounded in myofascial release around the spine. Rituals include the Sleep Ritual, which combines flowing strokes, pressure points and breathwork to encourage deep sleep; a Balancing Ritual using cold stones, gua sha, reflexology and lymphatic drainage; a Grounding Ritual; a Comforting Ritual; and a Soothing Salt Stone Ritual with warm Himalayan salt stones. For sore muscles there is a bespoke aromatherapy massage and a Recovery Cryo Treatment that pairs deep-tissue and sports massage with localised cryotherapy. A gentle full-body massage is adapted for sensitive or compromised skin, and a traditional hammam with kessa exfoliation is available. Facials use Swiss brand Swissline and the GeneoX device, with options for sensitive skin, lifting and anti-ageing. Couples massage and prenatal massage are offered, along with LED therapy. The spa is open daily from 10am to 9pm.
