Talise Spa at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is the spa of the newest Jumeirah resort on Jumeirah Beach Road, built on an island next to Burj Al Arab. Jumeirah presents it as a new generation of its Talise brand, mixing traditional spa therapies with recovery technology and targeted health programmes.

The spa reception is on Floor 4, and Floor 3 is a ladies-only area. Facilities include an indoor relaxation pool, which is open to guests aged 16 and above, a hammam and the Remedy Suite, a separate space with recovery technologies such as a cryochamber, lymphatic compression boots and a chromotherapy space. Remedy Suite programmes are booked by goal, for example Athletic Recovery, Pain Relief, Neuro Calm, Vital Detox and Circadian Rebalance.

The spa menu itself is extensive. Talise Advanced Massages are 90-minute rituals aimed at specific needs: The Sleep Ritual for insomnia and fatigue, The Cleansing Ritual for gut harmony, The Restful Ritual for full-body lymphatic support, gentle oncology-support treatments and women's health rituals, including one for menopause. The two-hour Wandering ritual uses marble stones and gua sha. Facials include Swiss and Evidens de Beauté treatments and high-performance devices, and there are fitness sessions such as Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Couples' and prenatal massages are also offered. Hours are 10:00 to 22:00 daily, and prices sit at the top end of the Dubai market.
