The Spa at The Chedi Al Bait is located at the hotel in Al Mareija, part of the Heart of Sharjah old-town district. It has separate spa areas for men and women: two treatment rooms for men and three for women. Each side has its own relaxation lounge, hammam, steam room, sauna, reception and spa boutique, and the women's section adds hot and cold plunge pools.

The menu focuses on oriental-inspired rituals. The marocMaroc hammam journeys start with warm herbal steam and kessa-glove exfoliation using eucalyptus black soap, followed by a honey, orange, beeswax and argan body balm and a face scrub. The 90-minute version adds an almond milk hair wash and scalp massage, and the 120-minute ritual adds an argan body massage.

Massages include The Chedi Massage, a four-hands treatment combining shiatsu, deep tissue, Balinese palming, Thai stretching and lomi-lomi strokes, plus Ayurvedic abhyanga, ancient Balinese, Himalayan warm stone and Tibetan Ku Nye massage. There is also Thai-style foot reflexology and a prenatal massage on a pregnancy massage bed. The marocMaroc Cactéa facial uses prickly pear oil, and body treatments include a hydrating envelopment, a body polish and a 30-minute therapeutic whirl bath with clay.
