Wellbeings is the holistic spa on the third floor of Al Raha Beach Hotel & Spa, on Channel Street near Al Raha Mall and the Al Raha Creek waterfront. The operator positions it as a holistic healing centre as much as a spa, and its 2026 menu mixes massage and hammam with mind-body programmes.

All core massages are priced the same, at AED 510 for 60 minutes or AED 710 for 90, and each is customised after a consultation. The list covers the Wellbeings Signature Stress Relief massage, deep tissue sports massage, Balinese, Royal Thai, a light lymphatic Detox Restore massage and pre- and post-natal massage. A 30-minute express massage focuses on the back, neck, head or feet, and add-ons include hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, herbal steam compresses, arnica or magnesium oil and sound healing.

The Signature Hammam takes place on a warm marble table with kessa mitt and black soap, followed by layers of sandalwood, amber, orange blossom, rhassoul clay and rose water. Longer rituals include the Chakra Balancing Ritual, the Arabian 1001 Night Ritual with a desert sand scrub and herbal cushion massage, and a two-hour couples experience. Holistic programmes cover NLP, hypnotherapy, meditation, crystal and energy healing and sleep therapy, with a complimentary 15-minute first session, and IV vitamin drips are offered after consultation. Treatment rooms play music tuned to 528 Hz, and guests are invited to arrive 15 minutes early to use the wet facilities.
