Zen the Spa is the spa at Beach Rotana, the hotel in Al Zahiyah (the Tourist Club area). Rotana describes it as the first spa of its kind in Abu Dhabi, and it sits within the hotel's Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club alongside a gym, tennis, padel and squash courts and group classes.

Rotana currently promotes a 90-minute Revitalizing & Detoxifying package, a 30-minute sea-salt scrub followed by a 60-minute full-body massage, for AED 549. Steam rooms and saunas are separate for men and women, and couples' treatments are available for shared experiences. Treatments are generally for guests aged 16 and above; younger guests need parental consent. The spa opens from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and advance booking is required. The hotel's pools and Bradee Kids Club make it practical for families, with one adult booking a treatment while children use the kids' facilities.
