Talise Spa at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort is the resort's beachside wellness space on Saadiyat Island. Its current menu is built around longer treatments: almost every massage runs 90 minutes, and each begins with a personalised consultation.

Massages are grouped into themes. Signature options include the Grounding Ritual, the Restorative Ritual with facial massage and gua sha, a Healing Stone massage with heated gemstones and a dynamic Mobility Restoration massage with stretching and acupressure. High-performance massages cover lymphatic support and muscle recovery, and advanced rituals target sleep, gut health (an abdominal Cleansing Ritual) and a two-hour Wandering Ritual. A women's health section offers the Comforting and Balancing rituals, with treatments for mothers-to-be and menopause available on request.

The hammam programme has a 90-minute Royal Hammam Ritual and a two-hour Saadiyat Signature Hammam that ends with a 60-minute massage. Facials use Biologique Recherche and Swiss skincare. Unusually, there is a family section with a 120-minute Time Together experience and short wellness treatments for children, although the spa's facilities themselves are only for guests aged 16 and over. The hydrothermal area includes a sauna, steam room, rhassoul, ice fountain, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, experience showers and a salt room, and full spa-day access is sold separately.
