Al Resalah Medical Center is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah, at units 302 and 303 on the third floor of Crescent House. Its sports physiotherapy service is aimed at athletes and active people, and the clinic says it is just as suitable for office workers, gym users, runners and students with activity-related pain. It treats both acute sports injuries and chronic overuse conditions.

Treatment follows a staged programme. It starts with a detailed assessment of how the injury happened, movement patterns, muscle imbalance, joint stability and the demands of your sport. Early care uses manual therapy, electrotherapy, guided load management and swelling reduction. Later stages focus on range of motion, progressive strengthening and core stability, then functional training (agility, balance, proprioception and plyometrics) and finally return-to-sport testing and drills.

Hands-on techniques include joint mobilisation and manipulation, instrument-assisted mobilisation, muscle stretching, massage and soft tissue work, and taping. Commonly treated injuries include hamstring and groin strains, rotator cuff tears, tennis elbow, ACL injuries, AC joint injuries and ankle sprains, with post-operative rehabilitation for the shoulder, hip and knee.

The clinic also offers neuro, pre- and post-operative, child, pre- and postnatal, musculoskeletal and home physiotherapy. It is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Prices are not published.
