Ayina Wellness & Spa is the spa at Copthorne Hotel Sharjah on Buheira Corniche Road in Al Majaz. It is managed by and operates under the hotel. It is open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to midnight, later than most Sharjah spas, and takes walk-ins when there is space, though booking ahead is recommended.

The spa offers more than 30 treatments in private treatment rooms. Massages include a relaxing aromatherapy journey, deep tissue, hot stone and a 30-minute back, neck and scalp treatment, plus foot reflexology. The 90-minute Ayina Glow Ritual combines exfoliation, massage and nourishing care. Moroccan hammam is a speciality, with both traditional and Royal Moroccan Hammam options, and packages pair a hammam with a massage.

Facials use Dermalogica products and include a ProSkin personalised facial, a deep cleansing facial and a 30-minute classic facial. There are also body scrubs, wraps and masks, a Couples Escape for two, and waxing services. First-time guests can book a free wellness consultation.

Prices on the spa's website come from its booking system and range from AED 110 for a 30-minute body mask to AED 800 for the 90-minute Couples Escape. The spa asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling and may charge for late cancellations and no-shows.
