NYSA Spa & Fitness Centre is part of Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights and its residences, at Dubai Healthcare City near the Creek and Wafi. It combines a spa with a Hydro Thermarium and a fully equipped gym, and the menu draws on Balinese, Thai and Ayurvedic traditions alongside familiar Western massages.

The core massages, deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy and Balinese, are offered in 60- or 90-minute sessions. A Thai herbal ball massage works on energy points with warm herbal compresses, hot stone massage uses volcanic stones, and there are Muscle Release and Jet Lag massages using blended essential oils for recovery after a long flight. Urban treatments suit short visits: Thai foot massage, head massage and a back, neck and shoulders massage. The longer journeys are the spa's signature. Vitality begins with a Balinese massage and ends with a Thai foot massage; Detox & Purify starts with Udvartanam, an Ayurvedic powder massage, followed by Abhyanga lymphatic massage and a clay pack; Bliss pairs a Swedish massage with a facial; and a two-hour couples journey ends with a jacuzzi bath. The gym requires guests to be over 16. The spa asks for 12 working hours' notice to cancel, and a fee applies to cancellations within six hours.
