Raffles Spa is part of Raffles Dubai, the pyramid-shaped hotel in the Wafi complex on Sheikh Rashid Road. Its current menu is organised around a concept called Chronoscape, which arranges treatments by the time of day and the body's natural rhythms: energising treatments for the morning to stimulate circulation, mid-day treatments to restore glow, and evening rituals to calm the mind, ease tension and support sleep.

Signature journeys draw on the desert and Arabian traditions, and the massage list includes the Aroma Touch massage, the Soul of Arabia ritual, a grounding ritual and an organic herbal poultice massage using warm pouches of herbs. There is a dedicated Mom to Be massage for expectant mothers, as well as body polishes, body rituals and facials. The setting is generous: six spa suites, including a couples suite, separate male and female areas with saunas and steam rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a 22-metre outdoor pool with a kids' pool and an outdoor heated jacuzzi. Wafi Mall and the Egyptian-themed Raffles gardens are on the doorstep, and the hotel is a short distance from the Dubai Healthcare City metro station. The spa opens daily from 8am to 8pm, and treatments can be booked by phone or by email to the hotel.
