The Pearl Spa and Wellness is the spa at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, the waterfront hotel in the capital's financial district beside The Galleria mall. Treatments and facilities are open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The massage selection is short and focused. The Well-Being massage is a relaxing or invigorating treatment with long strokes, kneading and essential oils chosen for your concerns. The Pearl Bespoke massage lets you customise the time, techniques and oils from the spa's own UAE Spa Collection after a personal consultation. The Tension Relief massage combines deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage and acupressure to release deep-seated tension and reduce water retention. All three come in 60- or 90-minute versions. Massage specialties include a Deep Sleep Cupping massage, and there is a traditional hammam plus journeys and rituals that combine several treatments.

An unusual feature is the alpha-quartz sand table, based on the ancient Greek idea of psammotherapy: the sand is warmed to your preferred temperature and can be added to any massage to help ease aches. Wellness facilities include heated loungers, a vitality pool with hydro jets, experience showers and a sauna. The hotel has two fully separate fitness centres for men and women with water views, open 24 hours, and a third-floor outdoor lap pool connected to the gym.
