The Ritz-Carlton Spa sits within The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, a resort on the Khor Al Maqta waterway between the bridges into the city. The spa design is inspired by the lotus, with flowing forms, natural materials and soft lighting, and treatments use ESPA and AMRA Skincare products.

The menu is split into massages, experiences and wellness rituals, body treatments, facials, men's treatments and 30-minute "Timeless Capsules" aimed at busy travellers. Massages include Relaxation and Stress Relief (AED 700 for 60 minutes, AED 900 for 90), Deep Muscle (AED 750 / 950), a gentle Naturally Nurtured massage suited to pregnancy after the first trimester (AED 675 / 875) and the signature 24KT Gold Plated Hot Stone Massage (AED 850 / 1,100). The 120-minute Signature Timeless Renewal Treatment (AED 1,240) combines the gold-plated stones with a diamond-infused oil, and other rituals include a Pearl Chakra Restoration Ritual with sound bowls and the Green Caviar Treatment.

Facials start at AED 450 for an express 30-minute treatment and AED 700 for a 60-minute custom facial. The Timeless Capsules include a Fusion Back Massage in a massage chair (AED 375) and a Restore Foot Massage in a zero-gravity chair (AED 350).
