The Spa at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental is the spa of Abu Dhabi's best-known palace hotel on the West Corniche. Mandarin Oriental describes it as blending Moroccan culture and oriental heritage with personalised treatments, and the design and menu lean into hammam bathing and long, ceremonial rituals.

Massages are mostly offered in 60- and 90-minute versions. Deep Relief is a firm, personalised massage for areas that need deeper work, and Blissful Marma draws on Ayurvedic marma points; Mandarin Oriental's own Oriental Qi, Intelligent Movement, Sleepfulness and Inner Balance therapies are 90 minutes, as are prenatal and hot stone massages. Thai Synergy and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage are listed alongside wellbeing sessions such as sound healing, Reiki and somatic breathwork. For bathing, the Turkish Libra hammam is an hour, and longer journeys such as Nomadic Dreaming, Royal Saffron and Oriental Harmony run two to two and a half hours, with a Couples Retreat for two.

Outdoors, the Hideaway Spa Cabanas by the beach offer sand-, sea- and sun-inspired rituals such as the Deep Sea massage, open to in-house guests, members and day-pass holders from 10am to 7pm. The main spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the minimum age for spa access is 16. Heat and water facilities are not recommended during pregnancy.
