The Spa at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is in Nation Tower on the Corniche, the twin-tower development known for its sky bridge. The spa has its own website and a menu built around four massage themes and a hammam added in recent years.

Guests choose from Performance, a strong massage for deep tension and muscle recovery; Stress Relief, which mixes mobilising movements with firm pressure; Relaxation, a light-to-medium bespoke massage; and Re-Energize, which starts with a Japanese reflex-inspired foot massage before working over the whole body. Oils are personalised at a Scent Bar, where you pick from three sensory blends. A 90-minute hot stones massage, a magnesium body scrub followed by a full-body massage, a Radiant Renewal facial ritual and a Sound Healing Ritual are also offered.

The hammam uses the French Charme d'Orient range, with Turkish and Moroccan hammam rituals of an hour each and a 90-minute Royal Hammam. The spa opens from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Thursday and until 11:00 PM Friday to Sunday, later than many Abu Dhabi spas. Its Corniche position puts it close to the beach and Etihad Towers,.
