A booking listing for "The Spa" at the property shows spa treatments, body scrubs and a sauna, with opening times of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Earlier menus at the Radisson Blu spa included massages, facials and body treatments.

The hotel is close to Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World and SeaWorld Yas Island, and guests have access to Cyan Beach, so a spa visit can be combined with a theme park or beach day. Some room packages include theme park access.
