Zen the Spa is the spa at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, a beachfront resort on Saadiyat Island near the cultural district. Rotana describes it as a quiet escape focused on soothing wellbeing treatments, and the Saadiyat Island tourism guide lists Zen massages, Zen magnesium treatments, hammam, HydraFacials and Maria Galland facials among its services.

Two treatments are featured in the island guide with prices. The 75-minute Quartz Massage (AED 599) has you lying on heated quartz sand while the therapist uses heated poultices, accompanied by vibrations from singing bowls; it is intended to ease muscle pain and support lymphatic drainage. The 90-minute traditional Thai massage (AED 775) uses stretching and pressure to relieve stiffness and promote muscle relaxation. A 90-minute HydraCool Plus facial, which combines four technologies to cleanse and refresh the skin, is listed at AED 775.

The spa offers hammam rituals as well as massage and facials, and seasonal packages are run by the resort, such as a "spa-cation" stay that includes a 60-minute treatment. Members of the GHA Discovery loyalty programme have been offered 25% off 60-minute massages.
