Ayana Spa is the spa at The Biltmore Bab Al Qasr, the beachfront hotel on Corniche Road West formerly known as Bab Al Qasr Hotel. The spa draws on Arabian rituals, healing herbs and organic ingredients.

A notable feature is that men and women each have their own spa, on separate floors, and each has its own traditional hammam. The hotel suggests starting with the steam and scrub of the hammam and following it with the Arabesque Massage, which combines Arabian-inspired oils with a warm herbal compress. Earlier spa menus and promotions have also listed Thai, Balinese, Swedish and deep-tissue massages, back, neck and shoulder massage, facials, body scrubs and signature packages, so a range of styles is available alongside the hammam.

A spa visit can be combined with the hotel's leisure facilities. The Biltmore Bab Al Qasr has 140 metres of private beach with water sports and beachfront dining at Loop Beach, an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and a gym with treadmills facing the Corniche and the Presidential Palace. The gym is open 24 hours for hotel guests and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM for members.
