Waldorf Astoria Spa occupies a dedicated space within Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah on the East Crescent of the Palm, a resort known for its long private beach and views back towards the Dubai Marina skyline. The spa is split into separate ladies' and gentlemen's areas, and the hotel lists twelve treatment rooms, including two private couples' suites.

Thermal facilities are extensive for a hotel spa: saunas, regular and herbal steam rooms, whirlpools, experience showers, ice fountains and heated relaxation areas, plus hammam rooms for Moroccan-style rituals such as the Pearl Purifying and Gold Rejuvenating hammams. Day guests are welcome by appointment, and the resort is reached by car or taxi via the Palm crescent tunnel; the Palm Monorail does not stop at the East Crescent.
