Anantara Spa at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, in a resort styled after a Thai village with lagoon pools and overwater villas. The spa follows Anantara's Asian roots but casts a wide net: it has dedicated Thai and Ayurveda treatment spaces, couples' suites and a Turkish hammam, and its menu runs from traditional Thai bodywork to magnesium therapies and Moroccan-inspired hammam rituals.

The classic massage list is priced uniformly and includes the Anantara Signature, Arabian, Balinese, traditional Thai and Swedish massage, foot reflexology and lymphatic drainage, with a pregnancy massage and a deep hot stone massage. An Ayurvedic menu, tailored to the guest's dosha, offers Abhyanga, Shirodhara hot-oil therapy and a herbal poultice massage. Magnesium is a theme of its own: a 30-minute magnesium bath, magnesium scrubs, an immunity-boosting magnesium massage and a deep-tissue magnesium massage with scalp work. The hammam section ranges from a traditional Turkish bath ritual and a purification ritual to the 90-minute Anantara Royal Hammam, using organic products. Couples journeys such as Dubai Romance include scrub, jacuzzi time and massage, and the three-hour Palm Retreat adds a wrap and facial. Facials are by Margy's and Thalgo-style marine ranges, plus HydraCool machine facials. The spa is open daily from 9am to 10pm. The resort has announced a phased renovation from 16 November 2026.
