Kempinski describes the spa as a place for sensory experiences that combine modern techniques with long-standing traditions, and it also offers Cinq Mondes rituals in poolside cabanas, which is unusual among Palm resorts. Cinq Mondes menus typically include massage rituals inspired by Balinese, Ayurvedic, Brazilian and Japanese techniques, body scrubs and wraps, and facials using the brand's own products. At this resort a Moroccan-style Beldi black soap hammam ritual with steam, kessa scrub and clay mask was reported by Dubai Confidential in 2019; check with the spa whether it is still offered.

The resort's spa listing also covers a fitness centre and pool. The spa's published hours are 09:00 to 18:00 daily, earlier than many Dubai hotel spas, so plan for a daytime appointment. Detailed current treatment prices were not published online at the time of writing, so ask the spa for its menu when booking. The West Crescent is reached by car or taxi through the Palm tunnel; there is no Metro or Monorail stop at the resort.
