ReFIVE Spa is at FIVE Palm Jumeirah, the high-energy resort on the trunk of the Palm known for its nightlife and beach. The spa takes inspiration from the Ottoman tradition and has earned recognition for its hammam: it says it was named Top Hammam Experience in the Middle East at the World Luxury Spa Awards.

The signature hammam combines a kessa scrub with traditional cleansing and massage in a heated marble room. Beyond the hammam, the menu covers relaxing massages, aromatherapy, detox treatments, reflexology and cryotherapy, with ice baths for recovery. Facials include Natura Bissé treatments, and there is a 90-minute Sensorial Head Spa that begins with a scalp consultation and includes a lymphatic facial massage, also bookable as a couple's head spa. Seasonal rituals such as a December Reset & Renew signature ritual appear through the year. The spa's rooftop pool has hydrotherapy jets and loungers and can be combined with steam room access, and packages pair a personal training session with rooftop spa pool access. A 24-hour gym and the MOVE movement and fitness studio, with reformer Pilates classes, complete the wellness side. ReFIVE is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 10pm and Friday to Sunday from 9am to midnight.
