Talise Ottoman Spa is inside Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, a resort designed in the style of an Ottoman palace. The spa takes that theme seriously: it is built around a grand Turkish hammam with ornate domes and heated marble, and guests are welcomed with Arabian teas and spa drinks before their treatment. It is one of the largest and most theatrical spas in Dubai.

The hammam menu is the heart of the experience. The Royal Ottoman, the Talise signature, combines heat and aromatic steam with a traditional kese mitt body polish, a foam massage and hair washing and conditioning. Shorter options include a classic hammam with shampoo and moisturising, a citrus hammam with an orange and pineapple scrub designed for the shared hammam space, and a tropical bloom scrub. The massage side reflects Talise's newer approach, with rituals focused on recovery, sleep and calm: a firm Muscle Recovery Ritual, the Restorative Ritual with facial gua sha, a Cleansing Ritual with abdominal massage for gut comfort, the Wandering Ritual with marble stone and gua sha, the Comforting Ritual, the Grounding Ritual and a Mother-To-Be ritual. Body-sculpting treatments are sold singly or in series. Facials use Margy's and include a collagen treatment and a Biome facial for sensitive skin. Hours run daily from 9am to 9:30pm.
